Last day was just perfect :)
Good-old Paul had his birthday, it was a great experience. Mr centre of attention made us laugh our ass off :) I got him a happy meal from McDonalds's.. see I was thinking about something he likes and buys a lot. I know he tries to disguise his passion for McDonald's Disney toys.. He even has as an excuse. Not only a nice tax brake but you also get to buy toys for yourself without anyone really noticing. :)
I can almost see him... when he turned 45 he was given a bad look when shopping for toys "on an ongoing basis".
So he set his destination.
"I need those toys."
Value destination: Fully entitled toy customers
Target customer: Those trustless, suspicious, greedy shopkeepers
How do I want the shopkeepers and McDonalds co-workers to:
Think: "This guy is OK, he is definately buying for his kids."
Feel: This guy is a really good dad, he is buying all those most weird toys for his kids. He is so passionate, almost like buying for himself, but he is REALLY BUYING FOR HIS KIDS!!!
Act: Give all the goofyest toys to meeeee!!! And dont give me that hard look!!!
What results am I seeking: SPIDERMAN, Batman, Swords and other cool equipment! Funny little disfunctional pieces of digestible plastic! And all that.
